November 19th, 2008 am

It's 7:29 am. I actualy feel pretty good this morning. I have to admit, it felt a lot better not sleeping on the floor last night. I think the only thing that really woke me up, was my sister Beth calling at 12:32 am. She was calling to say that Mary had just called her to talk. I honestly don't remember what she said the conversation was about, as I was in a pretty heavy sleep. Since she has got her phone now, depending on how tired she is, don't be surprised if some of you get a random phone call. I'm sure that Mary is fully into the morning rountine by now on her first day. I hope she does OK. I am going to keep this short this morning so I can get there to see this in action. She needs her energy level to be up today, as she has a lot of work to do. Please pray for her today. I will keep in touch. Thanks.

Scott, I am so thankful Mary has taken another huge step down her road to recovery. Kristen, Nicole Lovegreen, and Meleia Browning are all keeping you all in their prayers. They are especially thinking of Regan and how strong she and you all have been through this. A lot of people are out there "pulling" for you all!!! Good luck Mary!

Hi Berryman Family!

Wow! Scott...I've always been so happy that Mary picked such a wonderful man to share her life with. You are living the very hardest part of the marriage vow..and so faithfully. You sounded so scared as you called me to tell me that they were loading your precious bride into the ambulance. You are giving us all a perfect example of clinging in love to each other, merely hoping to continue to share the breath of life. Hold tight! Alex and Regan...I have always told your mama she had SO much to be proud of, and you continue to grow before my eyes. When did you turn from great kids into such wonderful young adults? You've always impressed me, but never more than the way you wrapped your arms around your parents and just loved them. Mar..how can I say how much I love you? Our little family is not complete without you right in the middle of things. Dad, Mom, Dave and I think of you all the time and can't wait to have you home. You are in the best of places to help you heal. Everyday is a miracle that we are so grateful for. You are like a bright candle flickering on a crisp Autumn night. Everyone just wants to come closer to experience your warmth and to enjoy your light. Here's a big hug right to you :-)
Sleep tight tonite sweetie.
Love ya bunches!
Your big sis Julie
P.S. Mom says I'm her favorite.
P.S.S. Okay...I lied...she says you're the favorite.
Final P.S. And about the "kiss my toes" thing. Tomorrow I'm going to wear mismatched clothes out in public and tell everyone that you are my fashion advisor. Get well quick, you know I can't put outfits together on my own.

Scott,

How exciting...Mary has come so far. I'm sure she feels much better without all the tubes hooked to her. I know this next step will be a tough one but I have lots of faith in Mary and I know she will give it her all with rehab just as she does with everything else. She has my number and can call me anytime...we have a lot of catching up to do with Survivor(her favorite) and of course, cheerleading. She has always been a great person to lean on and gives great advice. I think of Mary and your family several times a day and I look forward to reading your daily blogs. We will continue to pray for all of you.
